A Perfect Day
This morning we fixed a big breakfast that Aunt Carol asked for, of eggs, bacon, toast, and hash browns. Since it was our last day of staying at her house and visiting Grandma Jo. Then I did the dishes and my school work a little before we went skating at 11:30. I wore my sleeveless purple dress and Sheri skated for the first time since I kind of smooshed her toe under the dishwasher Sunday night! Darlin had her last lesson with Delores for this trip, at Lloyd Center today on the freestyle session and patch. And I had a little lesson on my double salchow too. Stephanie skated and we played tag and she gave me a note from Marty, that she was supposed to mail to me after I was gone, but didn't. So anyway, he wasn't there either. We left for the beach at 3:00 and ate at Wendy's on the way. I couldn't believe it, finally on the way! I did some more school on the drive there and we got into Seaside around 5:00 or so. We bought fresh crab and saw an old friend of my Mom's named Vinny there. We stopped at Ecola beach and the tide was out. And it was cloudy. And we found all these little Star Fish! We brought some of them home with us to Christy's cabin down in Lincoln City. We had our crab and spent the night in the loft, all upstairs together. Love, B
