I hope that we live in the home of the brave, land of the free for as long as we can have Independence days like this.
Ben, Morgen and I woke up early this morning and did the 5K run at Murray park and then Sierra brought the boys over and they did the kids run as well. Everybody got a tshirt and coupons for dinner at the spaghetti factory as well as Ben winning a c.d. player in the drawing, Max winning a tent and a medal and Markus won a medal as well! We stayed and watched the parade and talked to Shawna and Kendell and Ted, Jeff, Tami, Chad, Hannah, Luke, Robyn, Maddie, Nick, Jason, Cindy, Richard and Todd W. as well.
We came home and had breakfast with Shawna and her family, then I took Sierra to her friends house and came home took a shower, played Killer Bunnies with Morgen (he LOVES that game!) and laid down for a nap with Ben. :) Now we are going over to Ma Buck's for BBQ and fireworks.
